Pricey little build I did for a client last week.
Ryzen 9 9950X3D
MSI 360mm Liquid Cooler
MSI RTX 5090
48GB Premium Gold RAM
Samsung 990 Pro 2TB & 4TB SSDs
MSI X870 Godlike motherboard
7 Lian Li Wireless RGB Fans
Hyte Y70 Infinity Touch Case

He said he didn’t want to upgrade for a long time… I think he succeeded!

(Just sorry I didn’t take more/better pictures.)

Why old ryzen gen? Isn’t 7800x3d/9800x3d would be better for gaming?

You did a great job with your build!

Probably because they kept the AM4 Socket. The socket saved the client a few hundred bucks, so they built around that. CPU’s and Motherboards are dictated by what socket you want to use. They pair together like peanut butter and jelly.

I hear alot of people say the software for the mini screen is annoying. Would you agree or disagree to that ?

Oops! Mis-Typed. I’ll fix it. It was a Ryzen 9 9950X3D,

I didn’t mess with it too much, but it seemed relatively straightforward to me. I’m getting ready to build me an all-white version with a 9900X and a white RTX 4070 Ti Super. I’ll post it up in a couple of weeks after I’ve had time to experiment with it.
