I just recently bought a prebuilt from vtg , (my first ever pc) ……. But my 3 fans on the side won’t cut on at all , idk what’s the issue… they didn’t even come with instructions.

Iffff you’re able to return it, I suggest building a PC of your own. Then you can learn a lot. But this isn’t what you’re looking for.

My best bet is it’s 0 rpm mode / they didn’t set the fans up correctly in the bios settings. del / esc / f2 while the PC is booting should take you into the bios, and you can check. This might not be the best advice, I am not quite sure. Someone else might have better advice, best of luck.

This might sound crazy, but make sure they are plugged in correctly too.

Hi Ghanistxn! Welcome to the Gamer Community! It’s great to see you here  I’m going to move this post to the PC Building category for better visibility.

I’m so sorry to hear about what’s happening to your PC! I’d contact VTG through phone AND email about the issue first. If they don’t respond, then you can look to try and return it.

I’d definitely recheck the connections and try known working parts. Like if you have a working pc fan somewhere else, I’d connect them to see if they work or not.

I returned it , any other good prebuilt options let me know , because I don’t know how to build my own , im a first timer.

Just the basics really , pull a decent amount of games , stream nba 2k on it ….. the last one I bought was 1100 , I was fine with the 4060 , 32gb of ram & 1tb of space , all I need for now

I can’t remember where I read that they put together a nice computer. Newegg has them also for the same price.

Does anybody know how long it takes for a return to hit your account , it’s been since Sunday

depends on the company. They wont until they get it back, then a few days after that.

check out Thermaltakes web site or narrow the search on Neweggs site to Thermaltake prebuilts. But the prices go up fast from these models.

I imagine it’ll take a few days for the warehouse team to inspect it and approve it. Then it’ll take another few days for the bank to process the approval.

Hopefully they approve it , I was missing a styrofoam piece , but other then that , pc isn’t damaged

Sounds like an easy return situation. Should be fine.

It says that the return is delivered on ups but not on newegg, idk what’s going on.
