New build

I want to get into PC gaming, but I don’t know what parts are compatible and what I would need. I play GTA,Rainbow six siege, Apex, COD. Mostly shooter games. I want an air cooled PC for around $2500.

Do you want to build your own or buy a pre-built. You are in a pretty good position with that budget. You can probably get away with spending even less than that.

Generally,to start with a recommend Ryzen X3D chips when it comes to predominantly gaming PCs. They really can’t be beat when it comes to gaming.

If it’s a prebuilt you want something like this would be excellent and significantly less than maximum budget.

Will the first one be good for future builds ?
I like AMD and colors don really matter tbh.

Yes, that PC is highly upgradeable and it’s built by ASUS, which isn’t just a reputable brand—it’s one of the largest and most established PC manufacturers in the industry. The only thing I noticed is that it uses an AIO liquid cooler. Since you mentioned wanting an air-cooled system, that’s worth keeping in mind. However, at this price point, most premium prebuilt gaming PCs come with AIO coolers because they offer excellent cooling performance for high-end CPUs like the Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

Honestly, though, with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RX 9070 XT, this system is powerful enough that you probably won’t feel the need to upgrade it for many years.

I also wouldn’t let the AIO cooler discourage you. Modern AIOs are sealed, maintenance-free units. You don’t have to refill them or perform any routine maintenance. Most quality AIOs provide many years of reliable service, and it’s not uncommon for them to last five years or more. If it ever does fail years down the road, replacing an AIO is no more difficult than replacing an air cooler.
If you still really don’t want AIO to decide that you’ll like this PC you can always replace the AIO with an quality air cooler after the warranty runs out in a year.

as far as the colors go don’t quote me on this but most likely you will be able to change the colors of the LEDs through the software in the computer or shut them off completely

One more thing, the 9800 x3d CPU is one of the best for gaming in the 9070 XT is a excellent gaming GPU. You may be able to find a PC similar within an Nvidia GPU of 5070 TI it’ll be significantly more money.

What about with this one ?

It should perform very similarly to the one I showed you. It’s a solid build as well, with a larger SSD and a fully modular power supply. The only downside is that you’ll need to assemble it and set everything up yourself, which is perfectly fine if you’re comfortable doing that.
