True. But you have to think outside the box, with the components that are soldered on to the board.
The main ingredient is FR-4 fiberglass & epoxy then some gold & copper for pathways/contacts plastic, some metal in the PCIe slots even steel in good board some aluminum
Rebar could be made out of one of those probably.
