Do I need to remove the whole lock to recharge it?
No. Simply remove the 700mAh rechargeable battery from the interior knob, charge it indoors with a USB-C cable, then snap it back in—no power bank hanging on the door and no need to remove the lock. No holding power bank or replace whole
What if my fingerprint isn’t recognized?
No worries—enroll your finger from multiple angles and keep it clean and dry. You can always use a passcode, the GHome App, or a backup key
Will KD03 PRO fit my existing door?
KD03 PRO fits most standard U.S. interior doors (for bedroom, for office, for garage, for room, for living roon, ect) 1-3/8"–2-1/8" thick with a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset. It works with both left- and right-handed doors and installs with a screwdriver
Can Passage Mode or Privacy Mode be controlled in the GHome App?
No, Passage Mode and Privacy Mode is activated manually from the interior knob rather than directly through the GHome App. It’s ideal when you want the room to stay unlocked during busy periods
