Does this product support a Intel Core i5-4690K?

No.  This motherboard has the LGA1155 socket. Core i5-4690K requires LGA1150.  For this board, you could use a Core i3/i5/i7 2000 or 3000 series, but for 4000, you need LGA1150.

Will the onboard USB 3.0 connector work with a Sandy Bridge Processor?

Check the boards device comparability sheet to see if your specific cpu is supported, but not sure what the USB connectors have to do with it.

It says that 1600 MHz RAM is not supported for Sandy Bridge processors. Has anyone tested this?

Hello, I would think that if the product says that 1600 MHz RAM is not supported for Sandy Bridge processors, then it would not be worth testing. You would not want to have a chance at ruining any hardware. I would look for something that would meet your specification requirements. :)

What wireless adapter fits this motherboard?

Any PCI style WIFI adapter Should Work IE: TP Link TL-DN4800, Asus PCI-AC68. You could also go the route of using a USB WIFI antenna such as the Trend net TEW-684 UB that will allow you to free up some space on the MOBO especially if you are going to run a discrete graphics card and some other PCI cards. You may also want to consider the size of the case you are putting the MOBO in as it may affect whether you need a full size or a short PCI slot bracket if you decide to go the internal card route.
