Can I use a graphics card that using a 3.0 interface in this motherboard?

Yes. Any 3.0 card is backwards compatible to a 2.0 interface on any motherboard

Can you run dual monitors without having to buy a video card?

Yes this motherboard is capable of running dual monitors without issues. The only thing I would recommend is to run 8gb of DDR3 with this motherboard and run the maximum amount of ram possible with the onboard graphics. If you are playing video games on this with dual monitors the more shared memory the better. If you are using this for a business use 256mb of shared memory will work great for a dual monitor setup. Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 will all recognize a 2nd monitor connected to this motherboard with no problem.

PCIe 2.0 only. This is a budget oriented motherboard meant primarily for AMD APUs with built in GPU tha't is far greater performance than Intel's integrated GPU solution. The differences between PCIe 2.0 and 3.0 benchmarks are minimal at best even when using in an x8/x8 crossfire or SLI setup which wouldn't even apply to this motherboard. Hope this was helpful.

Is this motherboard compatible with Nvidia GPUs?
