Since this card is huge, do you think it would fit in a mid size tower?

The size means you'll probably not be able to put anything in one of your other slots (note it takes up as much space for plugs and vents as two smaller individual cards), but I was able to fit mine without it knocking against any other components. Make sure that all your power connectors and any other wires that cross the case are long enough for a bit of a detour, though, or they might end up stretched taut against the card.

Does this card support SLI?  If not, why not! Most if not all other GTX 650 ti boost cards support SLI.

Yes, it's got a single SLI bus, so you can go 2x...no triple SLI on it though.

Is this compatible with the EP45-UD3R Gigabyte MB ?

It's an old motherboard with only one One PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot.
This video card require a PCI Express 3.0 and at least a 650 W power supply to operate right.
It's a great video card, I suggest to replace the motherboard with a new one

Does this support Direct X9? My Asus HD 7750 does not. Win 7 will not like non Directx9 cards for it's dvd maker which is stupid.

This card supports DirectX 11 in windows 7.  I can only assume Dx9 is also supported.  Hope this helps.

Can this card run at 500wattage psu?

It says it can run on a 450watt system. But that all depends on what else you have in your system. A 500 watt PSU should work fine but you will be pushing the absolute limit of that PSU. You may want to consider upgrading to a 750w or better PSU.

I have a quad monitor setup but my motherboard only has 1 PCI-e and several PCI slots.  I want to get at least 3 of my monitors on 1 card.  Will this card run 3 or 4 monitors?

This card can run 3 monitors, I personally have 2 27 inch monitor then a 24 inch monitor I use on the side.

I haven't tried it myself but I don't seen how it wouldn't be.  Basically you just need a PCI-E x16 slot and the motherboard you referenced has two such slots.

The motherboards also supports "multi GPU" which I take to mean you could run SLI config with two of these video boards.

I own this video card and I can tell you I am happy with the hardware and performance.

Yeah I've used this card for about 3 months now and performance is still as good as when I pulled it out of the box! Obviously not the strongest card on the market, but for its cost it is certainly one of the best.

Can I use this card with a monitor that can only display 1680x1050 of max resolution?

I currently use that resolution on my monitor with this card. So, it should work fine. The card can do lesser resolution, but has no problems with 1680 x 1050. I'm curious why your monitor can only do that resolution though.
