I highly...highly doubt they'll make more  simply because of how much the economy is crumbling.  If anything the 3060 should be just about the same or close price of the 2070 super.  AFAIK August is the due date of the 3k gpu release.

no! mines dead silent and runs like a beast, only if u push fans to 100% does it make a little noise but can barely hear it through a case

Yes, I am currently building in the case. The clearance with a rad on the front fans is around 11.5 inches (about 30 cms) and this card comes in just short of that at 11.2 inches. This is with a rad on the front as well, if you don't have that it'll fit easily with just the 3 front fans.
