Pros: Easy installation, not overly long preventing case fit problems. Solid build quality.

Cons: No problems with installation or performance so far.

Overall Review: Runs F12026 and ACC with Nvidia optimized settings (almost everything at max, 2560 x 1440) at 165 FPS (my monitor limit) no problem. Fans are either not needing to be turning fast or are very quiet. Have not tried or needed any overclocking.
