Great GTX 1080 Card for price...
Pros: -Price -Performance -Light Scheme -Design -Perfect Card for 2560x1440p 144mhz monitors This card is a smart choice if you are choosing to upgrade to a GTX 1080. At 650, its 50 dollars cheaper than the 1080 FE and it clocks higher and stays way cooler than a Founders Edition. You can change the light scheme of the Zotac label and its casing sides to different colors at different brightness levels, also with a pulsating feature. Great if you are planning on building a nice RGB Lighting computer case. FPS wise, this game runs everything at max settings at 2560x1440p and keeps a good 60fps without breaking a sweat. From Witcher 3, highest settings to GTA V ultra settings.
Cons: -Clunky OC Software- Using MSI Afterburner with no problems Im giving this card a 4 out of 5 because Firestorm OC software is wonky and OCing my card has cause more crashes than id like. This could be me though, the card itself works better than an OC 980ti out of the box.
Overall Review: I would most defentely recommended this card because of the price point compared to others. Availability is still extremely limited which irks me, but if you have a chance to get this one, take it. You can wait around for an Amp! Extreme, but you'd be paying roughly 100 more for that and 1 extra fan and not that much extra in FPS.
Good card/cpu combo with some setbacks
Overall Review: Liked the fact that this was pretty much plug and play ready. Have had no issues running games at max (Avatar/AC Mirage, CP 2077) at 1440p. The range on the wifi of the mobo is good too. The 13400f is fast as well, albeit you need a dedicated gpu (which doesnt utilize the mobos hdmi plugs, but it has them) to use it, or at least see something from the pc. Drawbacks include having to peel a sticker off the back of the mobo for a good 20 min because for whatever reason, they have this stick on that metal and it wouldnt come off easily. Never had this problem with other pre-builts in the past. I wanted to add an extra stick of ram (wanted to go to 32 from 16) but i have not been able to get the pc to recognize 2 sticks. Ive tried everything the internet has to offer outside of flat out returning it, which i might still do. Other than that, its a good, small quiet, powerful pc for a good price.
Works wonders for heat on a GPU!
Pros: -Everything, price, effectiveness. If you need thermal paste and at a pretty cheap price, this is for you
Cons: -None
Overall Review: -So i bought this to replace the thermal paste on my Zotac 1080 Amp! Edition GPU. NOT MY CPU. My card was running at about 75-80 on idle with no fans and at 92 when on heavy load with fans at 100 which is BAD. -Put this paste on, my GPU card idles at 35-50 now with no fans even at an hour or so in, with just random web browsing and movie watching and about 70- 80 under full (OC) load for more than 5 hours of constant play. Those are good temps for idle (and thats if you are running a HEAVY load, not just 1 game.0 So yes, this is perfect for bringing temsp down on a cpu as well as a GPU.
Perfect mouse pad
Pros: -Firm -Thin -Smooth -Water/dirty resistant surface -Good Size
Cons: I cant really find any except for maybe the design being the way it is, wish it was square.
Overall Review: Works really well with my mouse. My favorite feature is the water/dirt resistant surface, my old mouse pad got dirty and i could not wipe off the smudge, this doesnt allow a smudge. Its compact to fit in a small desk space but big enough for me to do what i can. I'd recommend this mouse pad to anyone.
Top of the line monitor
Pros: -Refresh Rate at 144mhz is amazing -Clear picture -Wide variety of settings for color etc. etc. -multiple windows are spacious and easy to read and use at the same time -2K resolution at 144mhz is better than 4k at 60mhz hands down.
Cons: -Takes up a lot of space -1 display port, no HDMI port
Overall Review: Well, i bought this monitor as an 'open box' from newegg. I was iffy about doing this but the monitor is in good condition and came with all the components (open box policy states that not all parts may come with the product). The one flaw is that there is 1 dead pixel, but i smoothed it over and it has went away since, knowing that itll come back but it hasnt yet and takes nothing away from the monitor, like i said i bought an open box one. If your a serious pc gamer, or someone who does a lot with graphics and or computer work, this is a must have monitor
