Which part # is this 512e Format model UH721010ALE604? Part # 0F27454 With Power Disable feature? or 0F27606 Without Power Disable feature? Because if you have a SATA 3.1 or lower than unless you have a molex power connector, the 0F27454 With Power Disable feature, won't be able to spin up.

On the drive it says P/N:0F27473. My drive doesn't spin up when plugged into my computer's power supply, but it does spin up when plugged into a SATA->USB enclosure. I ordered some molex to sata power adapters, but I haven't tried with those yet. Hope this helps

Im sorry, I have no idea.  Im using mine as a media server and haven't had an issue with it yet. It seems to be a better drive than the Seagates that went out within 2 days of each other.
