Yes, the product is a brand new drive as it is described as a 'Bare Drive' which typically indicates it is new and not a pull or refurbished.

Is the 128mb cache a typo on this? Everywhere else I see 64mb cache, including manufacturers website. I do see that the He8 is 128mb cache and has a 6TB version.
