Is this an OEM module or clone?

The one that I bought via Brute (NewEgg Marketplace) was a clone. I wanted to send it back, which they offered, but I never got around to it. I did not test the transceivers.

Is this a media convertor - looking for a 10G RJ45 to SFP media convertor?
