However, looking at the NewEgg Page for the NUC5PPYH, that deal is no longer being offered.

Still a nice little box for the price.

What comes with this as in operating system ram or memory if no ram or memory what is the most the it can handle?

Hi Terrell,
There is no operating system, there is no hard drive or memory included.  I bought a cheap SSD and 8 gig of memory to finish it out then transferred a copy of Win 7 over to the SSD and upgraded to Win 10 for free.
This little thing works great and I love it but you have to finish it out yourself but it's small and can be attached to the back of a monitor with an included VESA mount.
Punch in the model number into a search engine and it will take you to Intel's page and you can read all the spec's on it, for the dollars invested it's pretty impressive ...........

Does this have one memory slot or 2?  In otherwords, if I get the free 4gb ram, am I throwing that away to upgrade to 8gb ram?

Yes, there is 1 slot for memory. I acquired the Crucial 4GB DDR3 1600 SODIMM 1.35V 204 Pin, CT51264BF160BJ. Max 8GB supported So if you acquire an 8GB separately, yes, the included 4GB special that Newegg offers in a limited time will be useless.

Are the graphics integrated by the CPU? Is the CPU replaceable?

I do no know if the graphics are integrated by the CPU, but the CPU is not replaceable.

Are the Intel SSD 600p Series M.2 Drives compatible with this NUC?

According to the intel specs page this model does not support the M.2 drives, only SATA drives up to 9.5mm in thickness.  Many of their other models do support M.2 storage.  Go to the intel web site and search on NUC and you'll see a spec comparison chart.

Updated the bios, I am using Win 8.1. I cannot get the sound to work. Running HDMI to Samsung TV. Chipset drivers will not install. Intel has no idea what to do. Can anyone tell me what the latest bios revision is that they are using? No driver conflicts with the sound in Widows device manager.

Since this NUC has a built in audio you should make sure your sound playback device is set to the HDMI audio and not to speakers or the built in audio.  If still no go then make sure you have a quality HDMI 4.1 cable.  Last consider upgrading to Windows 10 and chances all your problems will be fixed as most nuc drivers are built into the os.
