Yes, it is. I received an American Standard NEMA 5-15 Type B plug (that is the standard 3-prong). It is connected to an AC-to-DC converter and the plug that powers the device.

Question 2

I see a promotion `Free 32GB Memory w/ purchase, limited offer` . Is this a single DIMM stick or 2x16? According to the spec 2x32GB is possible, no?

Never loaded 32BG, but a single 16GB stick certainly works, and there are indeed 2 slots.  If it's any sort of "i" series CPU, 32 should be no issue.  It's the Pentiums and Celerons that may not handle that much.

Does it include Windows 10 ?  Pro Version ?

Any of the NUC's that are barebones do not include memory, hard drive or operating system so no, it does not include Windows. FYI, Intel announced the week of 07-07-23 that they have discontinued the NUC product line.

Question 4

Will this Nuc  10 model accept a sata ssd for the boot drive,  e.g., Samsung 870 EVO?

Yes, the NUC 10 model supports 2 x SATA 6.0Gb/s for storage, which means it can accept a SATA SSD like the Samsung 870 EVO for the boot drive.

Does this MB have a TPM on it?

It does not have a discrete TPM but the CPU does have the Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) which meets the TPM 2.0 standard and as a result meets the Windows 11 requirement. Just make sure it is turned on in the system UEFI (BIOS).
