Yes, it comes with a heat sink and fan and I found it does a great job keeping this fan cool when used for standard computing tasks.

is this a good CPU for NAS?

It should be, but is overkill. You would not need so much power for an NAS, which only passes data back and forth.

Does this CPU come with integrated graphics?

Yes, this CPU comes with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730.

The box says that it requires a motherboard based on the Intel 600 series chipset. But the MSI motherboard says B760 chipset. Will this CPU work in that motherboard?

Yes, it will. When looking at CPUs and Motherboards just make sure the generations match. This CPU is a 12100 the first two numbers indicate the generation as 12th gen. If you look at the motherboard specs under CPU type it will says that it supports 14th, 13th and 12th generation CPUs so you will be fine.

does this come with a cooler?

I just checked a YouTube video, and this model is supposed to come with a stock cooler. It's a new redesigned cooler that's supposed to be ten times better than Intel's previous stock cooler. I have not yet tested it, so I cannot confirm this.
