Does it come with thermal paste already on it?

If you ordered the chip with the heatsink, then yes.. If you ordered the bare chip, no.  If you want to be happy, order some Ceramique.  It does a great job.  Less is better.. a very thin layer on both the processor and on the heatsink.. what I do is put about a couple of grains of rice sized dollops on the processor, rub it in with my index finger until the entire top surface of the processor is coated, then what is left on my finger, I rub into the heatsink to coat it.  Less is more in this case, don't use too much.  Then install the heatsink on the processor, give it a little wiggle, latch it, then you are done.

Go to the Intel Website, put in the specs for your computer. Do you mean i3-9100f? It depends on what processor will work with your Motherboard . If you have an Intel Motherboard it will list the specifications for your board.

However I will say this is the lowest price I have seen on this item so if you were planning on buying it, now would be the time to do it before it goes back up to its normal price (and you end up regretting not getting it at the lower price).  My apologies for not having more information, hope this helps!

P.S. In case you were wondering, no this is not a used or open box listing.  It would state on the listing if it was and I would have pointed that out.
