I work with photography & video" what is the most suitable DDR4 memory size / to match this Intel Core i7-9800X Skylake X CPU ?

I have i7-9800X CPU and I got EVGA X299 Dark mobo which has "only" 4 RAM slots.
I got the fastest RAM EVGA spec lists on their web, They are 8GB modules,
F4-4000C19D-16GTZ, newegg # N82E16820232268.
I am using my system for simulation and gaming.
If you are using your system for editing photo and video which are computationally intensive (fast cpu with multiple cores) and a lot of RAM.
It depend which mobo you have; some have 4 slots others 8 slots of RAM.
Buy as much and as fast RAM as you can afford.

asus mark 1 owner here: do i need to update my bios or no need because this is just a 7820x with a new sticker?

Most likely a BIOS update will be required with every new chip. That's how every new generation CPU has worked, even though they are similar, the change in model # will not be recognized by the outdated BIOS.
