nominal at best.  I'm sure you could buy some sound deadening adhesive mat or a brush-on product like Lizard Skin to apply inside the rack.  for a faster/ cheaper solution: Have you tried vibration isolaters underneath or in place of the feet of the server itself?  That would be a $20 fix at most.
