Will this product work with a Lenovo Thinkpad T420s ?

I purchased for the T-420. It will probably work with variation T-420s because the docks are based on frame size and not internal components. Knowing what the "s" actually denotes would confirm.

Will it work with L430 ?

Don't know for sure.  I do know it will work on T410, T420, & T430 because that's what we have.  My guess is that it will.

is this capable of running 2 monitors simultaneously on both the VGA and DVI-D ports that are on the docking station?

Yes. We have several of these run in a dual display configuration.

Is the Analog Microphone Input Stereo?
