Yes it has a 0.3 webcam for video conferencing. Face Time is Apple specific unless you know a work around, but other video messaging programs are available.

It also has speakers.

Is this good for light gaming? I like video games, but I really only ever play Skryim, some ROMs, and some online gaming here and there.  I don't really plan on getting newer, high-power games for it since I recently got a console.

This would play roms ok, probably up to n64. No skyrim, and possibly some source games. If you want a budget laptop for low end gaming, id recommend getting something with an A8 or A10 processor.
