Pros: This product is absolutely amazing/incredible/excellent/awesome/great/intelligent/smart/younameit. I literally "high five'd" myself for buying it (don't ask me how I did that). I have 2 TVs, an Onkyo AV Receiver, Xbox 360 S, and a DVD player, I'm using up the maximum amount of devices this remote will allow (up to 5). It took me only 20 minutes to get them all set up and working, to me that's pretty freaking awesome. I was expecting a 2hr frustrating adventure. I'm really surprised at how well this remote works better then my Microsoft official Xbox 360 media remote. LCD screen turns off quickly when not in use, then turns on as soon as you pick up the remote. The "Help Assistant" feature is great, wish everything I bought came with it. My wife can't thank me enough, now she doesn't have to scramble with all 3 remotes to turn on the Surround sound, TV, and DVD player. All she has to do is point, and press "Watch DVD". It works, the way I thought it would.

Cons: -Takes a little bit to figure out where everything is at first (my first remote with a screen on it). -The remote isn't entirely back lit, why Logitech skipped some buttons, I'll never know.

Overall Review: Everything worked immediately, I didn't have to call up tech support, I can't wait to customize this further. I'll definitely update my review if anything goes down hill from my initial first great impression this remote has shown. -Get some rechargeable batteries for this remote. Do you have an TV, Blu-Ray player/gaming system, and a 5.1 surround sound in your home? Do not, I repeat, do not hesitate to purchase a harmony remote. It just makes sense. Don't throw out your original remotes, put them in a bag somewhere and place them in storage, hopefully forever. Pros: For modern systems this remote can easily replace all other remotes and combine functions. It has the added advantage of being able to turn on multiple devices and select the required inputs. Once this is programmed this is a very nice device.

Cons: Using old equipment which does not have dedicated power on sequences and only has a power toggle remote command is a bit of a problem. It is almost impossible to get the 650 to operate in its "activity" mode with such devices which is a great deal of what it is all about. Even if you have current devices, you may need to do some "custom" programming. The mapping between the buttons and the programming table can be cryptic and customer support is near useless. Expect some trial and error, perhaps a lot. Also be aware that all the information defining this is stored on the Logitech server, not on your computer. Further, their servers are not 100% reliable. When their server is down or overloaded, you can't use the program to change anything on the remote. The remote will still work, you just can't change it.

Overall Review: Making the user dependent on a companies servers seems an unnecessary liability. Some better documentation might help reduce the problem with the customer support.

Pros: I bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift. I set it up for them and found it pretty easy. They love it. They have replaced 3 remotes with this one. It works just great for their equipment. I think anyone could set this up and make it work. The mini screen on the remote is also great for helping you troubleshoot issues after the remote is programmed.

Cons: Sometimes when programming from another remote, it took a few tries for the harmony to pick up the signal. I can't say that this is a problem with the harmony for sure, it might be a problem with the other remote.

Overall Review: Success or failure for devices like this are down to compatibility. Logitech has an excellent web site for compatibility before you buy and once you are programming it, I found the software to be very easy to use.

Pros: Intuitive. After it's all 'setup' on your PC. If there things aren't working quite right...IT ASKS YOU RIGHT ON THE REMOTE! And will fix it right on the spot by asking you a couple of questions and adjusting along the way.

Cons: Minor: Wish the number pad was a little higher up on the remote.

Pros: I have a relatively simple home theater setup (TV, receiver, Blu-ray, FIOS box, Xbox 360), but I can now get to watching TV, Movies, or getting all the inputs ready to go for my 360 with a press of a button. Now my in-laws can actually turn on my TV or a movie (it's fairly idiot-proof). It controls the FIOS DVR functionality well too. Can't beat the price for a version with a color-screen too ($90 when it's usually $130).

Cons: None that I can think of.

Overall Review: I haven't owned this for very long so I can't speak to the durability, but it's awesome so far.

Overall Review: A must for any home theater system. This is controlling a 55" LCD tv, DirecTV DVR HD receiver, a Denon 5.1 sound system, and PS3.

Pros: Cheap (if you consider $100 cheap). works as advertised, good features, easily and quickly programmable, LCD lights up when u move the remote, nice layout, good size.

Cons: Only does a maximum of 5 devices, not rechargeable and no dock, no bluetooth

Overall Review: Works great for me. I got it up and running within 15 min. For my purposes i have 5 devices so its perfect. For the price i really couldn't ask for more. Totally satisfied thus far. Of course Newegg's shipping is second to none. Best I've ever dealt with.

Pros: It can handle some tricky stuff, like managing input selection on displays without discrete commands. There are a couple of wizards which are nice to fix device controls which need a bit of tweaking.

Cons: If your device doesn't exist in their database and the IR capture doesn't work right, you're stuck. This happened to the cursor keys on the Adesso ARC-1100 MPC remote I have. No settings would fix it and theres no way to enter correct data through something like Pronto Hex codes. You can't save various versions of your setup, so experimentation is difficult.

Overall Review: Their software takes a bit to get your brain around. I would have preferred a more straight forward editor for when their wizards breaks down or you want to access something directly, instead of walking through 10 dialogs. The remotes Wizards and having direct access to the devices functions along with the action's functions is great. The remote feels good in your hand and the display is nice. Just pray it works with all your devices out of the box.
