Can this control PC?

The PC would need to have an IR (infrared) receiver and software running on it to allow IR control.

This device controls using IR and the device it's controlling must be "known" in the Logitech database.

can u change the rechargable batteries inside? is is standard double A or triple A batter?

It is a rechargeable battery so there is no battery compartment where the can be easily changed. However I understand the back can be removed and the rechargeable battery can be replaced when it wears out.

Mu Harmony is stuck in sleep. How can I cancell it and regain use of my TV ?

I put mine on the charger for a few minutes - most likely it's a low battery.

Everyonce a while it stops sending I/R signals (commands appear to work but no device response) - for this I just put my hand over the I/R sensor and switch activities - then switch back to original activity.

Can this control PC? I'm planning to buy TV as PC monitor. so when I watch movie from distance, I don't have to bring PC keyboard and TV remote. Anybody have suggestion?

Tvs and monitors are quite different...  Tvs refresh at 30hz and have very large gaps between pixels.  So beware!!

So to answer your question!!  Any "media center remote" can control a computer.  You'll need to decide what interface to use to watch your media.  Media Center is included with most versions of Windows and will play back most content.  XBMC is probably the most used software and it is free, very customizable, easy to read from the couch.  Most of these "media center remotes" will come with a infrared receiver... You will need that device to control the computer.  But combine that with this harmony remote and you will also be able to control the volume, turn on an amp, etc.

Yes.  It accepts input voltage of 100-240 and 50hz and up.  Just like an iPhone/iPod transformer.

My cat chewed the cord that runs out of the charger.  Can I buy the charger only for this unit?

Looking at the base of the unit it looks like a micro usb plugs into the back. I would try a micro usb cable and a usb wall charger and see if that gives it enough power.
