I can't speak for partner cards, but the Founder's Edition 3080 fits well in this case.

Will a asus gtx 1080 strix and Kraken X52 fit without clearance problems?

I have the x52 and a Gigabyte 1060 g1, which is listed at 278 mm, and it has maybe 5 mm of clearance. The 1080 strix is listed at 298 mm, so I don't think it would fit without some case modification.
