Is the  "high quality coaxial cable included" really only 10 inches?

The included coaxial cable is 10 feet in length, not 10 inches.

Question 2

Does this antenna pick up any VHF stations ? My local ABC station broadcasts on it and most everyone I spoke with can not tune it in unless they have a roof mounted unit.

I don't know what that is but here in Houston, I pick up every stations available, both HDTV and SDTV.  ABC i get two station, 13.1 HDTV, and 13.2 SD with the livewell channel.  Of course, you have to move the antenna to certain angle to get a hard to get channel.  It can never get all the channel in one position. I get CBS but will lose ABC and NBC and vice versa.

Question 3

Will this work on a TV with no TV tuner built in or will I need to purchase a separate tuner on top of this? (i.e. the 2016 Vizio M-Series TVs have no TV tuners)

You will need a tuner.  When I purchased this I also purchased an inexpensive tuner with DVR capabilities.

Does this have a 10 inch cable or a 10 foot cable? Says inches but I assume feet

I honestly don’t remember the exact length of the cable.  I gave this one to my relative who says it works great in their house which is in town.  It never did all that much for me since I live about 55 miles away from Dallas.  The closer you are to the transmission towers the better your reception will be with this device.
I thought the cable length was around 4 feet.

Question 5

It says "mult-directional". A guy at work has an amplified "omni-directional" antenna. Is this antenna the same thing?

no a amplified has a power hook to it to increase power to it .

Is cpaxle cable included? If so, the length.

It is included. It's roughly 3ft.

Will this antenna pick up signals from FM radio stations?
