Why can't I find the cloud recording files in the playback?
Tap the Messages button at the bottom left of the doorbell window on the homepage, and you will view the cloud-recorded events from the latest 30 days.
Why is my doorbell not lasting 60 days on standby?
The 60-day standby is tested under 20 events per day. frequent activity near your door will consume more power and reduce battery life. If your area has high activity, please try lowering the human detection sensitivity or disabling proactive alerts.
How can I connect the doorbell to my Wi-Fi quickly?
1. press the reset button to reset the doorbell. 2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. 3. Open the Smart Life app, and it will automatically detect the doorbell. Simply enter your Wi-Fi password to complete the connection.
