What is USB 3.2 Gen 1? Does it even exist, or is it a typo?

As I understand it, USB 3.2 Gen 1 is the new specification standard that would use all 4 available lines for transmitting and receiving data, similar to Thunderbolt spec. Speeds could be 20Gps. It is supposed to be backward compatible with USB 3.1

Does this product work with PC?

Any Hard Drive should work with any PC. If it doesn't out of the box, just ReFormat it.
