Attention:
- Not all USB-C interfaces are compatible: ONLY works for USB-C 3.1 or thunderbolt 3 port interfaces which support "DisplayPort Alternate Mode". Please confirm that your device has video output function, if not sure, please consult MOKiN.
- If the usb c port of your Laptop only supports data transfer or PD charging functions, those Laptops doesn't compatible with our hub cause many functions of our hub can't be used.
- The USB C ports are looking the same, but it has several critical differences between Thunderbolt 3, USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, and USB-C 3.1 Gen 1.

Please Noted:
1.For Apple laptops, Does NOT support 2 external displays show different images. the screens of external monitors are the same, no matter they are displayed in mirror mode or extended mode.
2. For Windows laptops, only DP1.4(AMD Graphics Card) can support triple display at the same time
3. The resolution of monitors will be always consistent with laptop if mirror display under Windows system.
4. Charging, Please plug in the Laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purpose. The Type C PD Charging port for power passing-thru only.
5.EDID(Extended Display Identification Data) may blackout for a few seconds(1 minute at max, depends on Laptop and monitor) when data transfer;be patient wait for the data.

1. Pls make sure your USB-C source devices support video output

Q2. Sometimes WiFi stopped working while hard disk connected to hub, how to do?
A:2.4G network is easily disturbed. You can switch to 5G network. Or you can adjust the placement of the hard disk, move to suitable place.

A: Right click desktop > Graphics Settings > Select One or More Active Displays
