Are these masks manufactured in China?

It seems so. The picture on side of the box shows that it does ! Pretty sure all are made there.

Does it have a metal strip on top to tighten on top of the nose?

I just got these, yes there is a short metal ( my magnet sticks to it) strip on the top of the nose

Are these fda approved ?

No. Non-surgical masks are not FDA approved. These are however CDC approved since you need something to cover your face during the pandemic.

Are they easy to breathe?

Yes, they are much easier than the cloth masks that I use sometimes.
