It is much quieter and runs significantly cooler than the NVIDIA card I replaced. While it still generates some heat and fan noise under heavy load, it’s a major improvement over previous generations. I find it much more pleasant to use than my old card.

The 3070 Ti can barely handle RT at 1440p  while the 5070 Ti runs it comfortably. You also get the newer NVENC/NVDEC media engines and DLSS 4 with frame generation. The MSI Shadow 3X OC is a solid cooler too. Power draw is nearly identical at 300W vs 290W, so your existing PSU should be fine.
