Why won’t the power bank stay attached to your phone?
For the best magnetic hold, use an iPhone with MagSafe or a MagSafe-compatible case. Thick cases, metal cases, wallet cases, ring holders, or non-magnetic cases may weaken the magnetic connection or stop wireless charging.
Why does my phone get warm while charging?
