Can not connect Find My APP?
Make sure the phone network is working properly and Bluetooth is turned on, and your phone version is higher than iOS 14.5/ Android 9. Reset the tracker device and then reconnect it.
How to reset the finder device?
Find the button and press it firmly twice fast (you can hear a beep); Press and hold the button (it will beep once per second). Release when you hear a double beep. The finder device beeps 4 times.
Is it possible to charge/replace the battery?
No. It does not require charging or battery replacement. This tracker card supports a long battery life and can last up to 5 years.
Does this tracker card use compass style directions like Apple AirTag which can lead me to the exact location?
No compass on all "Find My" compatible products. Play sound to find items within 550ft/170m Bluetooth range. Android users see a circle in Google Find My Device: closer = fuller circle.
