Panasonic LUMIX S 20mm f/2.5 for L-Mount, Silver #S-S20S

Expand your creative possibilities with the LUMIX S 20mm F2.5, an ultra-compact full-frame wide-angle prime camera lens designed for photography, videography, vlogging, travel, and everyday content creation. Combining a versatile 20mm focal length with a bright F2.5 aperture, this L-Mount lens captures immersive perspectives, beautiful background blur, and impressive low-light performance in a remarkably portable design.

Whether you're photographing landscapes, architecture, interiors, street scenes, environmental portraits, or creating social media video content, the natural ultra-wide field of view captures more of every moment without feeling overly dramatic. The bright F2.5 aperture helps you shoot confidently in lower light while creating attractive subject separation that adds depth and visual impact opening up creative possibilities beyond those achievable with a typical kit zoom lens.

Designed for creators who want full-frame performance without the bulk, the LUMIX S 20mm F2.5 weighs approximately 142g (0.31lb) and measures just 40.9mm (1.61in) in length, making it an ideal travel photography lens and everyday carry companion. Paired with the LUMIX S9, it creates a highly portable imaging system that's ready whenever inspiration strikes. Despite its compact size, advanced optics deliver sharp detail across the frame while helping suppress aberrations for clear, natural image quality.

A close focusing distance of just 0.18m (0.59ft) allows you to create dramatic close-up images and videos with enhanced perspective and depth. Built for hybrid creators, the lens suppresses focus breathing for smoother, more natural focus transitions during video recording. The customizable Lens Fn button and control ring provide convenient access to supported camera functions, including Crop Zoom on compatible LUMIX cameras, while the dust-, splash-, and freeze-resistant design and fluorine-coated front element help keep you shooting in challenging conditions.
