Instruction for Bluetooth Pairing
Troubleshooting for Common Errors:
1. When it says " Not Your Air Pods during the pairing process.
Solution - Click to connect. When it says "Hold Button", press and hold the sync button until it pops "Air Pods" or the name you set.
2. No pop up window appears on your iPhone.
Solution - Click "Ignore this device" in the Bluetooth Setting on your phone. And then you can pair again according to the instruction above
3. One side doesn't charge
Solution - Please try to clean the charging pin of the case or earbuds. If it doesn't work, we can send you a new replcement.
4. One of the earbuds has no sound.
Solution - Put both earbuds into the case, close the lid, and then open the lid again.
