Westcott Scrim Jim Cine 4x6' Frame

The Scrim Jim Cine is a compete modular framework designed for filmmakers and photographers. The Scrim Jim Cine is the ultimate light control system, giving users the ability to build and create whatever tool they need for whatever lighting they encounter. This 4' x 6' Scrim Jim Cine frame includes four 46" heavy-duty tubes, two 22" heavy-duty tubes, two 2" spacers, four corner connectors and a strap for storage. When partnered with 4' x 6' Scrim Jim Cine fabrics, this frame can bounce, deflect, block, diffuse and cut light both on-set and on-location.

Scrim Jim Cine frames are constructed with a heavy-duty anodized aluminum. This innovative design ensures durability, while maintaining a portable, lightweight form. Heavy-duty touch fastener is riveted to two sides of each tube, allowing for quick, effortless mounting of Scrim Jim Cine Fabrics, Flex LED Mats and Flex Portable Softboxes. Each Scrim Jim Cine frame tube is designed with a built-in 3/8-16 thread for instant mounting to arms and stands. This system's durable frames are designed to configure in sizes from 1'x 1' up to 8' x 8'. Frame pieces vary in size from 10" tubes and upward, giving filmmakers the ability to fit an entire scrim system into a carry-on or backpack.

A variety of connection pieces create endless frame possibilities, allowing filmmakers to construct diffusion boxes, book lights, v-flats, floppy cutters and more with ease. This frame set is interchangeable with all Scrim Jim Cine Frame sets and with Scrim Jim Cine tubes, connectors and fabrics sold separately.
