The Profoto Softbox Octa sets up in seconds thanks to its integrated speedring and creates a stunning, soft light. The Octa shape produces equally soft or hard edges on all sides, making it ideal for fashion, beauty, and portrait photography.The white interior diffuses the light evenly to create softer, natural-looking illumination with reduced contrast and shadows. The Profoto softbox line includes an all-in-one mount for quick setup up features the recessed front that prevents shadows and hotspots, and can be used with halogen continuous lights (max 500w halogen).
Note: When used with ProHead on power level 10 (2400Ws) together with continuous light (500W) on full effect, a maximum of 8 flashes per minute is recommended to prevent the speedring from getting too hot to touch.
