Roscolux Night Blue, 20x24" Color Effects Lighting Filter

How can you transform your visual storytelling with a touch of dramatic blue The Roscolux Night Blue, 20x24" Color Effects Lighting Filter offers a rich, vivid blue hue that is perfect for creating a fantasy moonlight effect, adding depth and emotion to your scenes. This high-quality filter is a popular choice for photographers and videographers seeking to enhance their backlight or sidelight, providing a striking contrast to area lighting while maintaining a crisp, beautiful aesthetic. Crafted with Rosco's premier filter technology, the Roscolux Night Blue filter benefits from a tri-extrusion process that combines three discrete layers, ensuring the longest possible life under the intense heat of theatrical and studio lights.

The colored layer is expertly sealed between two microscopically thin layers of clear film, significantly reducing dye migration and extending the effective life of the filter. Known globally under the trade name "Supergel, " Roscolux is the most widely used filter range in the industry, trusted by professionals for its durability and performance. The filter material is a testament to Rosco's commitment to quality, with over 65% of the line made from co-extruded polycarbonate plastic, and the remainder crafted from deep-dyed polyester. This construction stands in stark contrast to ordinary color filters, which are typically manufactured by surface-coating clear polyester film - a method that leaves the color vulnerable to heat and abrasion, leading to rapid fading and scratching.

The Roscolux Night Blue filter is available in convenient 20x24" sheets, ideal for a variety of lighting situations. Whether you're a seasoned photographer, an aspiring filmmaker, or a creative professional looking to add a layer of emotional resonance to your work, this filter's versatility and high-quality construction make it an indispensable tool in your creative arsenal. Elevate your visual projects with the Roscolux Night Blue, and capture the essence of night with unparalleled clarity and depth.
