OPTI-SCULPT is available in eleven different patterns: 10 Degree , 20 Degree , 30 Degree , 10 Degree x 20 Degree , 10 Degree x 30 Degree , 10 Degree x 40 Degree , 10 Degree x 60 Degree , 15 Degree x 35 Degree , 15 Degree x 45 Degree , 20 Degree x 40 Degree and the unique 40 Degree / 60 Degree Reversible.
Accurate, Repeatable Beam Shaping
OPTI-SCULPT light sculpting lenses are scientifically engineered to provide lighting designers precise, angular beam control by passing the light through non-diffracting structures, embedded micro-lenses, for even beam distribution without any color-shift. This uniform control of the beam angle sculpts the beam into circular or linear patterns for any project where beam shaping is required.
High Light Transmission
OPTI-SCULPT is manufactured out of clear polycarbonate plastic and feature a very fine matte texture on the backside, which helps improve transmission by removing reflective light loss. The beam sculpting structures engineered inside the plastic provide a natural back scatter that helps eliminate hotspots without a significant reduction of light output.
Durable And User Friendly
Available in standard 24"x 20" seamless sheets, OPTI-SCULPT can easily be cut-to-size to fit any light. The performance of this durable, heat resistant, flame retardant product is not affected by dust or the oils from hands. Once cut, you can mark the back to designate which design it is, without affecting the performance of the lens. Thanks to their heat-resistant base, OPTI-SCULPT can be used on both LED and traditional tungsten lighting fixtures.
