SmallRig Cage with Airtag Slot for Sony Alpha 7 V / 7R V / 7 IV / 7S III / 1 / 7R IV 5583 offers snug protection, versatile mounting options, and a built-in AirTag slot for camera tracking. It attaches securely using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and a side locating block, allowing for anti-deflection fixation without removing the camera's eyelet triangles. The integrated AirTag slot facilitates seamless camera tracking for secure operation. Additionally, a hinged door at the battery compartment enhances grip by providing extra support for the little finger. The cage features multiple mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 ARRI locating holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories such as side handles (ID 4485) and top handles (ID 4483).

A built-in cold shoe mount accommodates devices like the DJI Mic 2 or lights, while a QD socket at the base allows for shoulder strap attachment. The base is also equipped with a magnetic Allen wrench, facilitating quick assembly and disassembly. The bottom quick release plate, paired with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick release mount plate (ID 4486), enables rapid slide-in attachment with an auto-locking mechanism.
