The cage utilizes a three-point locking system for secure mounting without deflection.
Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, while precision cutouts provide unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment. The cage features multiple mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of "HawkLock" handles (ID 4485, 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount accommodates devices like the DJI Mic 2 and lights, while a QD socket at the base allows for shoulder strap attachment. The base is also equipped with a magnetic Allen wrench for quick assembly and disassembly.
