Remote is NEW and looks perfect, still in it's original plastic sleeve removed only to test but may have a few scuffs or scratches from shipping from manufacture to distributors around the world to me.
Remote retails on all the part web sites for $40+ so my remote is a bargain. Remote uses 2AAA batteries not included.
This remote was packed with HOME THEATER Audio Receiver models: RX-V385, HTR-3072, HTR3072, RXV385
