CAPACITY - Supports weight up to 44 lbs and strength tested at 3 times this weight to ensure complete screen safety. HEIGHT ADJUST - Mounting plate on the arm allows for your TV or monitor to be height adjusted up to a total of about 5 inches. MATERIAL - Constructed of solid steel and aluminum for durability and longevity. HARDWARE - Comes with all hardware necessary for easy installation
