With adoption of the USB3.2 Gen2 protocol, it provides a 10Gbps data transmission bandwidth, with the actual R/W spd up to 521MB/s when 2 hard drives are installed (Seagate Eoxs 22TB X2 RAID 0); with two hard disk installed, the read spd could reach 1075MB/s (SAMSUNG 870QVO 1TB SSDX2 RAID 0).

Super-large Storage Space

D2-320 supports up to 2 hard drives and a maximum drive capacity of 22TB (the compatibility with larger hard drives not verified yet), providing users with a storage space up to 44TB (22TB x 2).

Compatible with hard disks in different kinds

D2-320 is compatible with various hard disks, such as 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA hard disks, and 2.5-inch SATA SSD. Remark: using incompatible hard disk may cause your device disconnected, with low speed and failure in hard disk recognition.

Multiple RAID Modes

Supports multiple RAID modes: RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD, and Single Disk. Professionals can choose one or more according to their application scenarios.

Highly Compatible Interface

D2-320 is equipped with a USB Type-C interface and a USB type C-type C cable (1 meter in length), and could be compatible with a variety of computer interfaces: USB 3.0/USB 3.1/USB 3.2/Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4.

Expansion of NAS Storage Space

D2-320 can be connected to the USB interface of TerraMaster NAS after special adaptation and adjustment. Creating arrays and storage pools on D2-320 with TerraMaster TOS could expand the storage space of NAS. Remark: this function works only on TerraMaster NAS running TOS 5.1 or above.

Intelligent Disk Sleep

D2-320 supports the sleep function, which can follow the computer OS to sleep, effectively reducing the working duration and power consumption of the hard disk, and extending its service life.

Safer

To prevent equipment and hard disk from being damaged by use of an improper power supply, D2-320 adopts the power supply protection. In case of an improper power supply connected, the device will enable automatic protection to prevent itself and the hard disk from damage.

Very Quiet

D2-320 features an intelligent fan for temperature control, adjusting speed with disk temp for optimal operation. The internal design enhances airflow, cools the disk, and minimizes component resonance. This ensures low noise even at full load.
