This next-generation device comes from the inventors of the Power Failure and Internet Outage Detectors: a combination of the two.
Now, you have one device that monitors the A/C power and Internet WiFi with four independent sensors that send text messages, emails, and push notifications.
This device combines the full functionality of both: while monitoringA/C power, it maintains a secure connection with our cloud services.This connection is monitored continuously and is used to send anInternet OFF alert in case of an Internet Outage. When internetconnectivity is restored, an Internet ON alert is sent. Internet Outage sensitivity can be adjusted to suit your needs.

They can be configured like all other MySpooldevice alerts, with text messages, multiple email recipients, and allavailable integrations. Up to 360 text message alerts per sensor per year can be sent. Email alerts are unlimited.
No Hub Required: Each Power Failure and Internet Outage Detector works independently with your Wi-Fi network.Multiple devices can be placed in different locations throughout yourhome or business. Your notifications will include your text for eachdevice that you specify in the device configuration.
No Fees: There are no fees for using MySpool Power Failure and Internet Outage Detector for any notifications. Multiple telephone numbers and emails addresses (up to five) can be added for each device free of charge.
Smart design: MySpool Power Failure and Internet Outage Detector willignore short duration power fluctuations of a few seconds so thatno unnecessary notifications are sent. Each device requires 3 AAA batteries, included. Thebatteries should last 5 years or more assuming average power outages andfluctuations.

Connect your device to WiFi and trigger an alert: plug it in the A/C outlet being monitored
Create an account on myspool.com and click on email link to confirm it or login to your existing account if one already exists
Confirm your email subscription for this device to receive alert notifications
You are done: trigger an alert from your device by unplugging it and receive an email notification!
You can add a phone number and change message and other settings at any time.

The first step is the most challenging one. It should also be done first so that MySpool servers can identify your device when you login to configure it.
Open your phone, go to Settings, and choose Wi-Fi. Under the CHOOSE A NETWORK tab you will see available networks. One of them will be the MySpool Device. It will look like SASensor-000000 where "000000" is the unique device ID. In the example it is shown as SASensor-2336877. Click on it.
Once connection is established, which may take a few seconds, it will open a browser window with Alerts WiFi Manager.
Click Configure WiFI. You will see a list of networks that MySpool device can use.
Select your WiFi router and enter its password.Click Save.Note: SAS network will not be visible on your phone after this step.
