I don't see the cameras tracking anything!
Please go to the camera's settings to turn on 'Motion Tracking'. On NVR you can do it in the PTZ menu, in App you can turn on the motion tracking in camera's motion settings.
Will the cameras miss important areas after automatic tracking?
It will return to home point. Please set some preset points and the 1st preset point will be recognized as home point. The camera returns to home point after auto-tracking. This ensures the camera to keep watching the most important areas.
The WiFi distance is not as good as advertised.
The furthest working distance is obtained on open ground so it's for reference only. Walls & WiFi interference will cut the distance. Go to NVR's Network setting and click 'Adaptive channel' so the NVR auto-select a best WiFi CH & performs its best.
Why the camera reaches the end when I control it to move?
It means the camera executes your commands and moved immediately, yet it does not have good WiFi connection (3 bars) to feed you the real-time video. Please adjust the location of cams or NVR to make sure they have good WiFi connection to each other
