The camera's automatic tracking and siren functions are available but off by default. To enable them, access the "Motion Tracking" and "Siren" options within "Motion Detection Alert" in the camera's app settings.
Can the camera be paired with the CKK NVR system?
The camera cannot connect directly to the NVR. Instead, please first connect it to your router's Wi-Fi, then search for and add it through the NVR system. For detailed steps, please refer to the camera's manual.
Image quality is not clear
For high-definition video playback, please select "HD" mode in the app. For optimal quality, we recommend installing the camera away from direct sunlight and physical obstructions, as environmental factors can affect performance.
