Yes, our camera supports both 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi connections. If you need 5G connectivity, ensure your router supports 5G and that the camera is set to connect to the 5G network.

What if the camera is offline?
Make sure the routeris working properly. Place the camera closer to the router. Restart the router and the camera to let the camera reconnect automatically.
If not reconnected, reset the camera. Reconnect the camera step by step.
Can I receive app alert when I am not pay cloud service?
Off couse. App alerts has no connection with Cloud, Motion/Human Detection sensitivity only can be impacted by your settings or the interet, please consider moving the router closer to the camera if you cannot receive app alerts.
