No, our camera is solar battery powered camera, for saving battry power, it was designed as PIR triggered recording, only support human detection, no auto tracking function available, please understand.
Does this wireless security camera come with a SD card? If not, what kind of SD card should I get?
No, our camera for home security support up to 128GB SD card, not included in the pacakge, you can get a micro SD card/TF card by yourself.
Pairing failed? What can I do?
1. Please move your router closer to the camera for better signal transfer. 2. Our camera support both 2.4 and 5G WiFi, 2.4G has larger coverage, please try to switch if you get slow internet. 3. Consider to get a Wifi booster to extend signal range
Do I need to pay monthly subsicription for the camera using?
No, the subscription is only for cloud storage, if you install SD card into camera for recording, there is no need to pay for cloud storage. Please send your bill to us to get payment back if you bought cloud accidently.
Human detection is not accurate.
The camera is designed as PIR triggered, hot weather may impact the camera's detection, please understand. Please try to adjust motion detection sensitivity to high if you cannot get app alert.
