All COOAU products only need to activate the war-ranty card inside the package to extend the war-ranty to 2 years, depending on the actual product condition for repair/replacement.

Sorry, we currently only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connections, not 5 GHz.

C5 currently supports human recognition but does not support motion tracking. We will continue to improve and launch new tracking cameras.
